Description

After studying architecture in Milan and worked for 8 years in London, Riccardo Monte decided to leave the city behind and go back in his hometown, Ornavasso, in the middle of Italian Alps. He spent the following six months in a mountain hut without electricity. The isolation and loneliness brought him closer to the values of nature and simple life. He has since settled his studio in Ornavasso with his partner Katie, who is a photographer and producer.

Riccardo created this long and narrow cutting board for salami due to the western lifestyle, but it is also perfect for sushi, Japanese desserts or snacks. The wood is very sturdy, so just hang it on the wall to add a touch of atmosphere to your kitchen.
